A guided practice for seasonal thresholds
A four-day guided practice designed to help you connect more deeply with yourself and the turning of the seasons. Each day leading up to a solstice, equinox, or cross-quarter day, you’ll receive creative, reflective, and meditative prompts to guide your journey. On the final day, we’ll gather for a live Zoom meditation (with a recording available if you can’t join in real time). This practice is meant to be accompanied by cacao—a heart-opening plant ally—but you are welcome to use tea, aroma, or another plant medicine of your choice (about 3 oz/day). As you sip and settle in each day, you’ll be invited to ground, reflect, create, set intentions, and open to the wisdom each season brings.
What participants receive
