Gaia Wisdom
Named after the Earth Mother, the Gaia blend is crafted as an everyday connection steam. Turn to this steam as a way to ground yourself with the Earth, and her energies, as well as to nourish your inner goddess.
This blend combines the soothing effects of the marshmallow leaf and calendula, the intoxicating scent of the jasmine and roses, the comfort of the oats and chamomile, and the feminine help of the blessed thistle to create a gentle healing for the yoni and the spirit.
In this blend, we use the uterine toning herb, red raspberry leaf to help build and fortify the womb while calling upon a variety of others, such as lemon balm and rose for their supporting and additionally nourishing qualities. Energetically we utilize flower essences of alpine lily and borage to encourage a deep connection with self and your desired pregnancy.
