Cacao Ceremony
-Inviting Spring-
 
This month we will be bringing our focus to inviting in the energies of spring- looking at beginnings, what spirit seeds we are sowing, and our own renewal.  With cacao as a heart-opening guide, we will journey deeper with compassion to a place of receptivity for ourselves.  During this expansive experience we will set intentions, and work with the energy of cacao through guided meditation, and sound to drop into ourselves and the spaces that we are exsisting in currently.

Please bring a blanket or towel to sit on, an item of personal significance for the altar. You may also wish to bring a journal or something to write down anything that comes up. 
All other materials will be provided.
