Cacao Ceremony -The Veil & Spirit Self-
As we approach the time of Samhain on the wheel of the year, we can feel the veil thinning. But what does that mean? Usually when you hear people talking about the thinning of the veil, they are talking about the invisible divide that exists between the physical and spirit planes becoming more permeable. We find ourselves having easier access to communicating and receiving the messages of our ancestors and spirits. It's also an ideal time for inner growth and connection.
During ceremony this month we will be working with that thinning veil energy to dive deeper into our spirit selves. Releasing and putting to ground parts of self that are no longer serving us. Inviting our spirit selves to come home with the intention of aligning with our inner work, and opening ourselves to messages. Cacao is a supreme heart-opening herb that guides us with compassion to a place of receptivity for ourselves, making her an potent ally for this journey. During this expansive experience we will set intentions, create a personal altar representing our spirit selves, write a letter to self, work with the energy of cacao through guided meditation and sound, and burn petitions for what is to come.
